Stay away from these thieves. I paid for a 3-month subscription for a FiveM server. Upon receiving the email that the server was ready. I proceeded to it, only to find out that it was banned by FiveM. I immediately opened a ticket and the day after the ticket was closed without an explanation or solution. I suspected that these clowns were not legit, so I clicked on cancel server and opened a second ticket and asked them to issue a full refund. Four days after payment, they finally replied. Not to tell me that they fixed the problem but to tell me that the previous owner of the server somehow caused FiveM to banned the IP address. This clown then asked me if I would like for them to fix it. Really? No, just leave it blocked because I just love to throw money away. Seriously. Who runs these company?

I once again told them that I already had a server from Zap Hosting and BTW (worked minutes after payment) and for them to cancel and give me a refund for services that I never got. They kept refusing only giving me an option for credit. Why would I want credit for a future server from an incompetent company such as Citadel Hosting's? They then sent me their term for services. This is how dishonest these clowns are. The term for service clearly states that I have 3 days to cancel for a full refund. I cancelled and submitted it in writing in a ticket the day after, but I do not qualify for a refund. The matter is being handle by my credit card company. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these thieves. Four days to reply while my 3 months subscription keep ticking away.

Rented a Wurm Unlimited server through them paying the extra for a dedicated IP and for there server migration service, after about three hours I get a message to log in and try my server out which I quickly tried to do but unfortunately my server didn't show up on the list nor could I connect to it through the IP nor even through there own control panel... Replied to the ticket and some 24 hours later still no response.

I wish I would have looked up the reviews before I went with them and saved my money since it seems there money-back guarantee is a lie and they only give credits to there service... who in the hell would want credit to a site there canceling to?

I started up with Citadel Servers last night. I signed up quarterly for two servers - so I'm out the cost of two servers for three months. They said they activated them but I couldn't access one of them. When I tried to get help through live chat, I was told I would have to submit a ticket. When I was talking with them before buying, I got this reply "Surely the fact you are talking to a live chat agent you might consider that our support times are better than survival servers" which implied that live chat was for actual service. I was told they had a Moneyback Guarantee but in fact, they offer credit for there service and do not actually refund you. After hours of back and forth and almost a day after I started, they finally activated my second server... After all of the problems I had though, I just want to move on. They won't refund though.
The user interface is not nearly as user friendly as the other hosts I've used (survival servers and arkservers.io)
I filed a dispute with PayPal but that has a month window and we registered a case with the Financial Ombudsman in the UK. This is a UK company called Server Solutions LTD with company registration number *******. They are registered in Bristol and the information about them can be found on UK companies House website ( companieshouse.gov.uk). They are a real company and maybe have provided services for people who were happy but if you aren't happy with their service, don't count on the promised guarantee.

If you have never used a game hosting website or used citadel before I highly recommend them because of the following points:

- Easy Setup of Games, i've rented two servers and they have been setup instantly, no hassle.
-> Configuration files accessible via their game panel, no need to use ftp or linux which is a major pro.
- Advanced Setups if you need them ( They clustered ark survival evolved server for me)
-> Its possible to setup to use beta/alternative branches that they offer e.g. different versions of a game.
- Very fast reply on the support side, they have live chat too which is nice, i've not seen any other host offer this.
- Price is very fair and reasonable
- Huge variety of games to choose from, perhaps the largest host out there
- Wide variety of locations, especially in america, i was wow'd at first.

I recommend this host if you are either first timer in hosting or someone who has been hosting for years as they are very easy to use.

They offer Paypal, bitcoin and card payments and they do have group pay for donations which is a huge pro.
