On a different note. DHL as a shipper could use some work. How they handled instructions for customs info gathering is far from complete. It needs to be clarified on your site that DHL, if used, will require personal financial information of the address delivered to. Not the person ordering the product. I had my package delivered to my place of work for safe transfer as I am never home during delivery hours. What a disaster, DHL held my package for a week before customs because my personal information was not acceptable. And did not explain they were only interested in the business address information, that most people would not have privilege too as a employee. They need to say in their instructions, what the policy is and all the information they will require. Your site and all the Sellers that use them as a shipper, need to make this information known. I will not accept any delivery thru them as an option in the future. Best regards

The vast variety of timepieces available to buy on C24 is almost overwhelming. Yet, their filter system while searching makes finding the ideal watch much, much easier. I really enjoy shopping on C24 and so far my experiences have been all positive.
Last month (04/2022) I bought a Rolex Sea Dweller thru a private seller. 1. The seller lives in a different country it is hard to get any information except the ones you get from Chrono. 2. I asked him about the condition and was told it is in excellent condition. Wrong - when it arrived it had a nick on the shoulder of the watch and scratches on the side. In addition the watch was not from 2010 as advertised it is from 2002! It is called misleading or even fraud 3. If you buy from a private seller you are on your own. There is no protection or any support from Chrono. They just claim they checked the buyer. That's it. They are just the middle man and leave you alone. I would never ever buy a watch again from Chrono24. Here is my warning: don't be fooled by their answers - they are nice but do not help at all!

I was a little wary puchasing a $17,000 item sight unseen from someone online. Seller was very helpful and super responsive in answering questions. Escrow process made the transaction more comfortable. Purchase went smoothly. Delivery was next day. Watch was better than described.
