They have sold a few watches for me but it's the unsold that present many problems,
1. If you receive an enquiry they suspect you have sold it privately and send you an invoice as if sold. This takes many unanswered emails, the girls on the telephone always respond they will have someone call back but out of 4 occasions this happened once. Also they continually ask for photographic proof with identity card to get refunded. My watches are new, kept in a safe box, so it's a no no to keep handling them. It's akin to have your watches in prison. I might add it's the mentality of the site owners.

The procedure for purchasing a watch on Chrono24 is very good, however the "verification of funds" is very slow. I feel that purchasing a watch on Chrono24 is usually safe and recommended by me. But trying to speak with someone at Chrono24 can be (although not always) slow - especially on weekends.
