From the website/app to the way they interact with you by phone (if necessary), to the way they look out for the buyer, it is such an ideal way to look for and purchase your next timepiece. I am extremely happy with my purchase/customer service and will make more without hesitation in the future.
How badly do you want that watch my man? I purchased an expensive new timepiece through Chrono24. The box it came in was for one of the manufacturer's lower-end models, which I've purchased before. No warranty information was included. I contacted the seller who told me I had to wait 2 months for the manufacturer to send it to me. At that point, I should have just canceled my credit card payment. The warranty may or may not show up. The watch may or may not be stolen or fake. It's not a pleasant feeling, to put it mildly, after dropping hard-earned cash on this purchase. The point is, if you were to buy a watch through Chrono24 and discover *everything in the Seller's ad was BS, do you imagine you could just call Chrono24 to sort it out? LOL. I was under the impression - and this may be my own fault - that Chrono24 performed some level of quality control while the payment is in escrow. Well, while I'm sure others have had good experiences buying through Chrono24, my experience suggests there are many other options that provide vastly superior customer protection and satisfaction. There's only so much Chrono24 can - or will - do before you realize it's a big world out there and you're on your own my man.
I had ordered a watch band from them approximately one month ago and i have repeatedly emailed them asking for assistance in locating my shipment. As they have not responded with any detail, i have asked for a refund. Again no response.
Its a crap shoot with this organization.

I have dealt through Chrono24 for a couple of transactions now, one of which ended up as a cancellation on my part. They were very accommodating and helpful and, quite frankly, made a potentially difficult transaction very easy and secure. The other transaction was a completed purchase of a new item. There were some issues unrelated to them (US Customs), and they followed up throughout the transaction to make sure that all was going as it should. I am fortunate that I did not experience some of the issues that other reviewers have had, so of course I would have less negative feedback to share and leave a good review.
I wouldn't consider using any other company to make a purchase such as a fine watch as I felt protected and felt assured that the transaction was proceeding as it should, safely, securely and in a timely manner. I would feel more confident purchasing a new watch than a new one based on some of the feedback but my experiences were good.
I only wish they would allow you to use Discover and the Affirm rates are usurious despite having an above 800 credit rating.
I had to call Chrono24 due to the fact that my credit card wouldn't go through. The gentleman who answered the phone was courteous and quick to solve the problem. The purchase process and watch I eventually received were both outstanding. I'd purchase from this site again.
1st purchase and it was really pretty smooth except I had to call support as my CC kept declining and they had to enable something on the back-end. Other than that, super smooth and the watch is exactly as described - new and in the box with papers. Also, got a very good deal on this watch.
You should be more transparent when you conduct business from overseas. My bank charged me a 500 fee cause the escrow is in Luxemberg, and you, of course, dont give a f**k.

Bought a $9000 watch and was a little nervous but everything ran smoothly and I was happy with the whole transaction. I won't hesitate to buy more watches through Chrono24.
Purchased a watch in May and received it in a damaged state. The seller was really flippant and said this happens all the time (not very reassuring). Chrono's attempted to "meditate" which was really nothing and felt very seller biased. They suggested I return the watch or get a quote from a dealer to get it repaired. I ended up taking the watch to my local Omega dealer and they repaired it for free. The Omega dealer is the one that really stands by its product... NOT CHRONOS24
Many sellers are great (Shopworn, Prestige time) but some like Luxe Ware HK seem to fall through the cracks. Though listed new, Luxe ware gave me an prior opened watch where the chrono hand rod (the rod that goes into the heart of the watch and moves the chrono hand) was bent as determined by LVMH, which means someone has opened the watch before and did something to it. It was a 45,000USD watch and I had to pay 3500usd out of my own pocket to fix it. I wrote to Chrono24 several weeks ago but there were still no reply.
Also, many of these unresponsible sellers, like Luxe Ware, know how to game Chrono24's review system to give them a high rating- Since Chrono24 only guarantees authenticity and whether the watch was delivered, they just have to make sure the watch works at least 2 months upon receipt of the watch by the buyer, put on the smiles, get a good rating and then they are scott free. They could open the watch, play with it, take parts for another broken watch, but as long as the outside looks good and works for more than 2 months, the review closes and the buyer cannot write anyting else about the transaction.
Chrono24 needs to better review the sellers.
I read some of the other reviews and I did not have these issues. I used the Escrow service with no problems.
If the guy had been a scammer, I would only hope the Escrow service would have saved me.
Perhaps the way to do it is run via your credit card and then you have recourse.
I ordered the watch in february, using trusted checkout. It has not arrived. Seller is not respondig to my messages or Chrono24's e-mails. Still, they refuse to refund me.
Customer service is poor, they do not respond to any of my e-mails.
Stay away, they are the worst.

Chrono24 paid out to my seller while we were in dispute about the fact the watch he sold me doesn't work and is of dubious authenticity. They haven't yet responded to my complaint/enquiry as to why, but have been very slow to respond generally so far, so not a surprise.
They do not do enough to vet their sellers or protect their clients. The secure transaction process means very little when this can happen and I have basically been scammed. Fortunately I was just dipping my toe with a lower value watch.

Chrono24 has done a great job of improving their customer support. It's great that they have a US office now to address any concerns/needs.
I've bought a few watches through Chrono24 and never had any trouble. Usually communication with the Dealer is good and Chrono24 provides a good interface to do so. Delivery is timely and packages have been secured well. The only problem I've had in the past is with the trusted checkout and the escrow account process, though on my last transaction it wasn't an issue. I would recommend them if you want to find watches not normally available in the U.S.
We bought an Omega watch INCLUDING original box and papers by a trusted seller since 2017 in Chrono24... The watch came in a cheep China box and NO papers! We tried and rate this seller, but Chrono24 refused to public it: 'against their policy guidelines'! When we made a complaint to Chrono 24, they just said we could rate it again... NO help to find here, and the money is paid. A watch without papers is worth 1/2 the price, so we find this a scam! DONT trust all sellers from Chrono 24 as Chrono24 takes no responsability for anything apparently.

Bought a watch using the "Trusted Checkout". Chrono24 instructed me to open the package in the presence of delivery staff. Seller sent package very late+preventing inspection. I have written to both Seller and Chrono24 the deal terms have been broken and I want my money back ASAP.
Now Chrono24 not responding for 10 DAYS, ignoring my messages. Considering criminal complaint option.
Friendly piece of advice: stay away, they will take your money and then ignore you.
