I have been watching Chrono24 deals for quite some time and when an item of interest popped up, i was easily able to save it to my favorites and once I made the decision to purchase, the entire process was extremely smooth. In fact, this was way more seamless than I imagined. The constant updates and timely communication and speed at which my funds were verified were really way faster than I imagined.
Chron24 is a good and reliable middleman that allowed me access to a dealer I wouldn't have known about!
DHL asked for additional information, after the watch was shipped. DHL changed the destination city. They thought "New York" was the city. It was the state. Chrono24 wanted the watch shipped back to the dealer, which meant paying the shipping charges in both directions ($300 each) and I still would not have my watch. Tried many times to phone Chrono 24. They never picked up the call.
Everything was made so easy! Chronos did a great job keeping me updated on the process and was quick to respond to any questions I had.
Overall the system works. Customer service is hard to get a hold of and they work UK hours so, it is a hit or miss trying to catch them if you live in the USA. I don't do a lot of my business here, yet the business I do has worked ok.
I was sent the wrong watch by the dealer and totally freaked out! Chrono assisted in the return and refund process and communicated with the dealer for me. Very streamlined process and thankful everything worked out. Not my first watched purchased through Chrono, makes me feel secure that they will protect the buyer!
