Toen ik het geld had over gemaakt en het horloge na een paar dagen nog niet was verstuurd, is de verkoper daar door Chrono24 op aangesproken en kwam de verkoper in actie.
Overigens heb ik met de verkoper ook zeer prettig en goed kon contact gehad.
Het horloge heb ik een paar dagen later ontvangen en de doos zal ik deze week ontvangen, omdat die in een magazijn bij het hoofdkantoor lag.
Kortom, goede comminucatie, zowel met Chromo24, als met de verkoper en heel blij met het horloge!

I have a package that has been in transit for 3 months now and it has yet to leave China. I understand that packages are delayed due to the pandemic, but that is just ridiculous. I also understand that they have no control over the shipping, but when I emailed them, they were so dismissive. When I asked them about the delay, they simply replied with the tracking information.
