Purchased a new Tudor Pelagos black dial, very happy. Was made aware of potential delays upfront because of CV19 situation which was fine. Watch arrived within the timescales mentioned, and I was given the option to receive the watch early before the papers/warranty card which I agreed too. Papers follow about a week later. Excellent, highly recommended!

I absolutely love the 38mm Omega Speedmaster! It's the perfect size for a smaller wrist and it is very comfortable. The watch was carefully packed and it is obvious that it had never been worn or even taken out of it's original packaging. Great service!
Die Abwicklung über Chrono24 hat wunderbar funktioniert. Alles lief problemlos. Anders als beim direkten Händler. Er hatte die falsche Hausnummer auf dem Paketaufkleber hinterlegt. (Sicher nur ein Versehen, denn im Paket war die richtige Nummer vermerkt.) Leider war die Uhr nicht auf die aktuelle Zeit gestellt. Das hätte ich als Service erwartet. Und am 2. Tag des Tragens hab ich einen Stift aus der Schließe verloren! Nur gut ist das zu Hause passiert! Ich lasse das jetzt vor Ort reparieren, weil ich die Uhr nicht noch mal durch Deutschland schicken will. Auch ist die Dichtung nicht richtig eingesetzt, sagte der Uhrmacher. Das alles zusammen hat mir das Kauferlebnis etwas vermiesst.
