On June 29,2023 I placed an order for 2 pcs Roof BOXXER helmet UNI MATT BLACK MODULAR HELMET Size XL at website chromeburner, with Order#*******715 & AWB#*******234 (FedEx).
On July 22,2023 I received my parcel. After I opened and checked the package, it turned out that Chromeburner did not attach any of COMMERCIAL INVOICE, PACKING LIST & CERTIFICATE of ORIGIN.
How mightbe shipping company (FedEx red) could make a certain Airway Bill hence my package can pass from origin country without those prerequisite export documents above?
At the end, suspectedly, due to this unprofessional coalition, I was charged 220%-235%, by Indonesia customs for duties & taxes, than I should have paid.
How many customers have had been victims all this time of what I went through but they didn't know what to do?
This really hurts my heart!
