Was received in a timely manner and I haven't opened it yet but in am pleased with the product.

The web site is well designed and very easy to navigate. Product descriptions are very useful and very helpful. It is enjoyable just browsing or "window shopping" the web site. We have purchased 15 of the soft twinkle lights and other items. We have not been disappointed with any of our purchases. We always look at the site when receiving emails.

Received. Ordered multiple sets of lights. One was not working. Customer service was very respectful and shipped out the replacement right away. New shipment received and is working great. Great customer service. Thank you.

I just wanted some pink ornaments for my daughter's tree next year. Found some pretty ones on your website.

I ordered 4 strings of teal lights. 2 with green wire 2 with white wire. They are more green than teal. 2 of the strands had a bulb that did not work right out of the box.

I wrote a review about these christmas light hanger clips. Purchasing them was easy. However, the clips themselves weren't what I was hoping for. They appear very much like the the last bunch I purchased. All the edges are sharp and I think they may end up being brittle. I don't know what brand I had gotten maybe 8 years back, but they were very durable.

Perfect size tree, easy to assemble and looks gorgeous!

I found the box it came in was not thick enough and there were dents in it from shipping. I was hoping when I opened it I would find it inside another box, but it wasn't. The tree was not neatly packed. I had to take it out and place each piece the way it should have arrived. Thank goodness I didn't find any bent pieces. This tree is replacing one I had for several years. I was disappointed that there was no handle on the top of the box to carry it and get it into storage. My other one came with a better box and built in handle. It's difficult for me to carry it the way it is. I had to slide it up the stairs due to it's bulkiness and weight. I'm a senior citizen and live alone. I didn't set up the tree to test it and check on the lights yet.

If there were a "0 Star" rating, that is how I would rate this experience. My husband ordered the exact same snow globe from Wal-Mart.com. It arrived in its own box, and with a set of instructions. The one I ordered from Christmas Central was to be a Christmas gift for my brother. It came only packed in styrofoam, and placed in the box that it was sent out in. There were no instructions included. When my brother first opened the box, the snow globe would not work. He eventually got it light up, but it does not play music and there is no light coming from the smokestack. My husband had deleted the shipping confirmation email, so I had no record of the order number to return it. It appears that this snow globe was a defective one that another purchaser retuned, and was then resold to me. A very disappointing experience to say the least. I will not be buying anything from Christmas Central in the future.

The labels on the box were correct but the tree in the box was nowhere near what I ordered. Hopefully it really will be replaced with what we wanted.

Wonderful! Too many items to choose from, and at great prices too! The figurines add that joyful touch to my porch decorations.
