Everything from the order process via the website, communication from Christmas Central on processing and shipping my order was great. My order was packaged well and received in a timely manner.

It was quite satisfactory. The prices were also very competitive. A quick turn around to receive products.

My original order for 6 lights sets came with 4 light sets and 2 linen pumpkins. I contacted Christmas Central by email the same day. Within 24 hours, I received a response and the 2 light sets I didn't receive were on their way.

One worked, and one didn't! Since I need the two, I was unable to finish my display.

Very nice product. Bulbs are very bright. Looks good in window.

Beautiful led lights on our year around tree with various seasonal emphasis.

I was satisfied with the service, but disappointed with the product. It didn't look at all like the photo advertised. I was also disappointed that it came in between two pieces of cardboard, when I expected it to come in a box.

Found what I needed and website is user friendly. Received my items quick and in tact.

Update: We received out order and we totally love it! In my mind, best Christmas store ever! So glad we found it! We will using them for all our Christmas needs from now on!

The process so far was fantastic. Now to see if the product arrives and does so as advertised. If so, this will be my new "go-to" store. And I buy a LOT of Christmas stuff each year! Here is hoping! To be continued...

Overall a good experience.

However, I ordered a wreath which arrived with the longer pine needles mangled. I realize wreaths need to be fluffed and needles re-arranged to be at their best but the Northlight White Valley Pine arrived with the longer needles splayed and flattened because it was shipped in a box that was too small in height. A second one I ordered arrived with another wreath with both of them smushed into a 4inch high box. It's a shame because the wreath is beautiful.

The package the fuses were in was very difficult to open and eventually ended up with fuses slipping out and landed on the floor. Not sure if fuses were damaged or not since I still cannot get one section of tree lights to work.

Great prices and easy to navigate website. The whole process was wonderful.
