Well. It seems like at least half of my matches when I do a search have not been active on here since mid-2021. I'm not sure why the ladies do not subscribe and only go for the free trial periods.
I have sent several introductory emails. The site shows that the emails were read. It would be nice for the ladies to respond to my emails even if they are not interested. I don't blame the site for this.

Minimal replies. If granted a refund I would accept

They only give you 10 days of free membership. And cut you off without warning as well if you dare to put in a suggestion to extend the trial over 10 days to maybe 3mths. I had been given free trial til feb 17. They cut me off feb 8 (after my suggestion on their forum). I had at least 3 men contacted me asking for phone number straight away (scammers). Not really any better than any other dating site. Just more cliquey. The forum people were very judgemental too. I was basically made to feel like a bad person by some members on there. Not very Christian at all it seems.

Christiancafe doesn't advertise like the larger sites so no many know about it and the population of users is way less than with other sites

Well time will tell as so new on here and i havent viewed men in my region much atall as im in bancroft ont most are farther away living but god willing new persons will show up closer in my immediate vicinity,

The app itself looks quite old. I also do not like that you can't hide yourself from certain users. I myself have had past troubles with a stalker and he ended up being on this site. I know I can block him from messaging me but since it was a pretty scary situation it feels unnerving knowing he can still see I am on this app.

I think I wasted my money. If I could get my money back I would.

NEED an "agape friend" (or 10!) site for growing Christian shut-ins, like me!

As a devoted Christian on a "Christian site", I expected more from the "Christian members ", most of the members I chose to write to, with beautiful profiles of how devoted they're in their communities, never took the time to write a note back. Noticed that they all have received the emails and checked my profile. But no response.

The prompts are a good place to share your background, but most importantly your faith story. It's challenging in other sites to know whether or not someone is truly a follower of Jesus or just nominally labels he/she as Christian. So far I haven't had any negative experiences with the members & everyone has been respectful. The only draw back is that not many people seem to be familiar with this platform in Kentucky where I live. Leaving mostly long distance options which is not ideal or my preference. Also, there are many inactive profiles or not even filled out. Don't know if there's an option to get those deactivated after a certain period of time.

I have only had the membership for a few days. I hesitated joining because it's expensive and the discount of $5.00 is a poor discount. I am paying in u.s. dollars. I have no intentions of moving out of my City at my age, when my family that I have left lives nearby and we need each other. However, I thought I would take a chance and see if there would be an interest in someone within my area. There is one gentleman that I felt I would really like to connect with and see that he had viewed my profile but was last on line Dec 6 I believe it was. I have tried sending messages but because he is not a paying member it seems useless and hopeless. Some sites allow you to pay a little extra and you can send someone who is not a member an email and they are allowed to respond. It's like a game on this site. Maybe you could make some improvements in that area so that people do have hope of connecting with someone they are interested in. Not just hope that before your time runs out that- that person gets a membership. Remember, it shouldn't be all about disappointments and luck if that person is not a member.

Too many suspicious messages from overseas even though I included a note in my profile to the contrary.

Excellent and professional. Scammers seem to avoid this site. I wonder why? Maybe because it's quite expensive!

I'm just new to this, so don't what to expect!
I'm not sure if I'm using to the best that could to get better results, would great to get feedback so one could use to get the results.
