* THEY SEND THE GOODS AFTER 5/6 WEEKS
* I GET A EXTRA INVOICE FROM DHL BECAUSE THEY DONT FILL THE FORM ON THE RIGHT WAY + 28 EURO!

I bought smartphone and tablet from chinabuye.com. Anyway, the function is powerful, haha china phone, they all work good. Of course, it's not fast like my friend's iphone and ipad. But consider the price, i think it's good for me. About the shipping, they provide free shipping worldwide by airmail, a little bit slow, but it's free and i get the goods anyway.

CAUTION! I ordered a 1280x960 30fps watch. This company sent me the wrong item. The watch I recieved records at 720x480 at 24fps. WAY OFF. I sent them the screenshots of the resolution properties. They admit fault and would help me. The first option I got was "Pick a $5 item and we will send it to you free of charge." I said NO. I want what I paid for. They contacted the distributor. They admitted it was wrong but want me to send the watch back and they will send me the new one. Problem is, I am looking at $27 to ship it back. I only paid $32 to begin with. I asked them to send me a return slip or send me the correct item. They then refused to do anything but restate the options above. I posted my issue in the forum for others to see. What happens? They ban me. Great! Now the ban bad reviewers. I contacted the FTC who put me in touch with econsumer.org. Since they are registered in the US, Legal action is possible. I contacted PayPal who told me, if the vendor decides to refund it, we will. What kind of service is this? I only wanted what I gave them my money for. PLEASE! Do not spend ANY money at this site. I will post my whole conversation with them. PLEASE tell everyone you know looking to buy overseas to NOT shop here. I have bought from dealextreme and never had a problem, but CHINABUYE will take your money and not help you. I also noticed that MANY review sites have the same things on them. They post reviews thenselves to skew the numbers. For every low rating, they post a high one. This company is 100% a scam and does not do anything to help the customer. I am going to see about setting up a facebook page just to show the negative issues they have. Recap. I bought an item, got the wrong one, every option I was given was to spend $20 or more. Nice...

I paid for NEW cameras and got USED scratched up and still charged from previous owner(s). 2 of them don't work and I'm afraid to go buy an SD card for the 3rd one because it probably won't work either. I attempted to contact customer service and got no replies. Now their site is down. Also, I paid for 5 day expidited shipping and they were still processing my order 8 days after taking the money from my credit card. I had to complain to customer service and then they sent my goods but they are all damaged and used and not working! I'm extremely unhappy and already out $100 for garbage. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!

I purchased an Eken Apad that arrived with a factory defect. At the beginning they appeared willing to consider a claim, however they stopped answering my messages as soon as I intended to make use of my buyer protection from Paypal.

I rate them poorly as they evidently try to renege on their warranty statements. I am wondering how they get positive reviews from other customers. Maybe they are just inconsistent, but I suspect they may create false reviews to promote themselves.

Don't expect that Paypal's buyer protection is of great help as they derive their revenues from the seller. In my case, Paypal had me return the defective device at my cost and then closed the case without refund. Only after a lenghty and bureaucratic appeal after demonstrating that ChinaBuye was neglecting to receive the returned device, did I get my money back.

Price super low

Price super low. Unfortunately delivery is also super slow and half the time wrong. Bought a camera watch that says higher resolution of 1280 x 960 got one that is 640 x 480. Bought screen protector for iphone 3GS but got 4G instead. Will not buy again unless its something really straightforward. Note return policy also not easy. Must send photo etc... Customer service replies pretty fast but offer no solution

The worst experience ever!
I purchased two cell phones from this site and would not recommend anyone to repeat my mistake.
First they advertize models that they don't have in stock, and try to take you into exchanging models once you payment went through.
After receiving two broken phones, I contact customer service, and was told to send it back for "exchange or refund". I paid for shipping out of pocket (they don't reimburse you for this expense) because it was better than being stock with two broken models.
After promising to exchange damaged products to alternative models that I selected from their assortment, they shipped the same phones back;(

Summary: It took me 5 months, a lot of frustration, extra $30 paid for shipping to end up with the same not functioning products.

Do yourself a favor and avoid buying on this site!

This is a warning to everybody who read this. Chinabuye.com have sent me a cheapo product, not the one I have ordered. Not only that, they have forced me to send more and more pictures of the product so they can be sure it came from them. After three days, I was able to convince them. At least, this is what they wrote to me. It was agreed that I am sending back the product using EMS. The costs are high and they said "We are not sure we can afford that" (they said use EMS). Since the airmail option was 3$ less, I sent it using EMS. The name on the address they give me was Sheng Xia. After few more days I have confirmed the item has arrived and accepted by ZhouBiao, it was Sep 4th. They confirmed it too on email. Since then, they have not sent me ANYTHING back. They never refund me on for the shipping. I had so many emails with them. They answer my emails very politely and with a lot of promises. I don't understand what they think? I am writing a review here and anywhere else I find this site mentioned so everybody will know it is better to avoid them. There are so many other places to buy from.
LOST the money for the product+shipping back! Paypal will not dispute, paypal is not really safe!
P.S. Apparently they drop ship from another provider since it came with different name.
