I ordered online 3 tops with matching pants, a beautiful set as a gift for my nephew.
2 weeks later, i got an email saying half the order was out of stock. Only the pants would come. What would i do with sunny yellow or aqua pants without those tops? Immediately i emailed them back saying i did not want half the order, please cancel it completely, no response, i called in, i got an automated message "due to the high volume" and it hung up. No way to reach out to them. I sent multiple emails and called. No response. A week later i received the pants, i do not want them and would like a return label to return them. Yet there is no response. In a world where all stores are a click away, customer service is a big factor. And here there is literally NO customer service.

TERRIBLE!

Placed 2 separate orders (3t shirt for my daughter &5t shorts for my son) received 2 other people's orders (4t girl underwear and size 10 boys short) tried calling cust Serv for a week. Automated system hangs up no answer from ppl. Emailed 3 times... NEVER a response.

Not a Happy Camper

I am very dissatisfied with Children's Place. Was approved for a $500 dollar credit line and paid on time and then the went back and decrease my credit line. I will NEVER get another card with this company and I will tell anyone NOT to get a card with them, They suck as a bank for doing this.

Where's my order?

I can get no answer from The Children's Place customer service email or phone number about the order I placed 2 weeks ago, on May 14th. All I got was a notice on the 20th that it was being "processed". No delivery date, etc., & I realize how foolish I was to not have checked reviews before I believed their ads that inundated my email account with great sale prices, free shipping, etc. Apparently, there are many customers who've experienced the same sort of thing & it may be time for the authorities to know about this company who tells you they won't cancel your order, won't refund your money, etc., even when they don't make good on their product & delivery.

I have tried contacting The Childrens Place by message, email and phone. No one has gotten back to me, It is obvious they do not care about their customers. I oredered over 20 items and have only received one. I am frustrated and want answers but no one will talk to me. I refuse to pay the credit card for items I have never received. I am very disappointed in The Children's Place and will never order from or shop at their store again.

I understand the whole confirmation and making sure the payment is good, but seriously 10 days after you order it is shipped. Honestly, at this point I would rather shop at Gap Kids or Old Navy. Even if it is in Alabama. I have shopped plenty of other places in the East Coast and doesn't take 10 days. Honestly, it is a little ridiculous for it to take more than 10 days for something to get here.

I placed an order on their website, but the package was lost. I sent them the report from Canada Post, and yet still, 2 month later, I'm still struggling to get a refund. It's impossible to get through by phone, and no one ever replies to my emails. Their service is shameful and UNACCEPTABLE!
J'ai passé une commande sur leur site que j'ai jamais reçu. J'ai envoyé la preuve du rapport de Canada Post. Malgré tout ça, DEUX mois plus tard, je continue à me battre pour me faire rembourser! Impossible de les appeler (personne répond) et ils répondent jamais aux nombreux courriels. C'est juste honteux et INACCEPTABLE comme service!

I ordered and it has been coming in piense by piece these are spring summer clothes that my baby daughter will grow out of. Dont offer the items on line if they are not available to shop right away.

HORRIBLE THIEVES

These people are scammers. I made my order they took the money directly out on 2 occasions.As they started to send piece by piece they started taking money out of my account again on a daily basis. They have now gotten me for an additional $100 plus. There is NO ONE TO TALK TO.My bank blocked them from taking anymore money out of my account and they found another way to get my money w taking an additional $52. They know EXACTLY what their doing and especially while this pandemic is going on. They are robbing people and this is so unfair. I will NEVER buy or order anything else from these THIEVES. This is the wrong time to be doing this. I have NO MONEY TO GIVE AWAY and especially at this time. But I will get my money back one way or another

I ordered 17 items online last Friday using the standard shipping. I was really surprised, but not impressed that one of my items had been processed and shipped by Monday and received item on Wednesday! It seems to me that they are probably backed up with orders and may have to wait for more inventory to finish orders due to stores being closed! I expect a fairly long delay for the rest of my order, but I will change my rating to a 5 star if I get everything else by the end of next week!

I would give zero stars if it was an option. I placed an order on 4/15/2020z on 4/26 I got an email stating my order was going to ship with a tracking number. It has been over 3 weeks since the tracking number was given, and it still states:

Ready To Go

Tracking details will be available once your package arrives at the carrier's sorting facility. Please check back soon!

I have contacted children's place multiple times with zero response other than automated messages and no resolve. They have charged my account but failed to genuinely ship my items. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHIP!

Horrible

I placed an order almost a month ago for 45 items and only 18 have been shipped. And it haven't been shipped together it's been broken down. Nine items, one item and then eight. Plus you think they charge you the overall price when you place the order, only to find out they charge you when they ship the items at whatever given time they do. As of right now they aren't responding to any calls or emails. If they are having a hard time they should not be taking orders right now to fulfill anything. It feels like a scam. I had to cancel my card, just to cancel my order with them.

I loved the prices I got when placing my order on 4/17 but as of today, I only received 4 out of the 11 items I purchased. It's crazy that it will be 3 weeks on Friday and I have heard ZERO communication about the rest of my items. I contacted The Children's place today about wanting an update, so we will see.

I did a order for in store pick up when they were still open and than couple days later they closed ive called numerous times to just get it shipped was impossible to get ahold of them when i did they told me there were unable to ship i asked why they said because they cant shipping was still free there was no price difference and they told me it was not sent or ready at the store for when they do open i asked for a call back they said it would he 3-5 days its been 2 weeks and still nothing. I got a email stating my our would be fine till the store reopens than a week later its cancelled because my time to pick it up expired. Very unhappy with there customer service.

I GIVE UP!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OUT THERE. I JUST HUNG THE PHONE UP AFTER HOLDING FOR 22 MINUTES TO NO AVAIL. STILL DON'T HAVE MY QUESTIONS ANSWERED. CALLED 4 DAYS AGO TO SEE WHEN MY ORDER WOULD BE HERE. AFTER HOLDING FOR 30 MINUTES A MAN, WHO DOESN'T LIVE IN THIS COUNTRY, FINALLY GOT ON THE LINE. CORPORATE NEEDS TO GET INVOLVED AND TRAIN PEOPLE. I HAVE NO UPS TRACKING NUMBER IN MY EMAILS AND NOBODY WILL ANSWER THE FREAKING PHONE. WHEN I GET THIS ORDER, THERE WILL NOT BE ANOTHER!

Horrible Customer Service

I came home with an Easter dress for my granddaughter. The security tag was still on it. I called the store, which is over an hour away, offering to mail ipthe dress to them so the tag could be removed. "Suzanne" said not possible. I was told a manager, Beth, would call me the next day. Suzanne also said the tag could NOT be removed by another store. She also told me it was not her fault that the tag was not removed! This prompted me to call "corporate" which is a call center overseas. Impossible to convey anything to this person. He did not ask what store it was from or any information about the purchase. I had to drive over an hour to have the tag removed with no apology. Terrible company with horrible customer service.

A joke of a company

I placed an order 3 months ago. It was delivered to the wrong house. I went in to the store amd bought the items because I needed them by that weekend.
I called their corporate office and told them the items were shipped to the wrong house. They said Ibhad to wait 3 weeks while the "Investigated" the dispute. Nobody once has called me back or emailed me. I have called them probably 20 times and every time they tell me to call back next week. I am working with Comenity bank who has helped more than they have but the charges still have not been removed.
Never in my life have I dealt with such a terrible company. I just want to cancel my card with them and never shop there again but I refuse to be stuck paying for something I didn't recieve. Everytime I reach out to them it takes an hour of my time amd I get nowhere. Just don't shop here.
