Quick deliveries, nice quality products and prices, although some products does not fit as expected. But you have the option to return with refund or exchange size. Free returns are not available though and it would be nice to be considered. I need an order of many items to arrive complete and not in different parcels and in different time deliveries, mostly because you have to wait to receive the complete order before you make any returns. I was hesitant to order based on all the negative reviews and BBB ratings but I took a chance. I ordered a sweater that I saw on Tik Tok and it took about 2 weeks for it to arrive. I tried to call customer service but the mailbox was full. I then emailed the email provided on their website and they provided me with tracking Info. I was nicely surprised to see that the sweater was quality and super cute and fit well. True to size. My experience was great but then again, I didn't really have any problems with sizes or needing to exchange anything. I will try them again. Reference: Ordered a size Small-Medium

I thought the color would be beige/creme, but it turned out to have a light pink color. I love it! There are touwtjes aan de binnenkant waarmee je hem kan tailleren, superfijn!

Just received this sweater and I am very impressed by the thickness and apparent quality of the material! Seems top end for the price. I would ideally like it to be a tad bit longer through the torso, but overall, great value for the investment.
