My order was received in a timely manner. ChicWish followed my order through to delivery.

So delighted with my skirts. Really good quality and so reasonably priced. Took a few weeks to come but to be expected as they were coming from China.

It took me several weeks to receive my order and the pieces came separately. The company doesn't give you much time to return items and get a full refund (they deduct from your refund shipping fees). Once you receive all the pieces you ordered, your return time is over and they wont refund your order in full. Its been 3 weeks since I sent back my items and haven't seen a $ yet credited to my account. Also, the items dont look or fit anything like they appear on the website. I'd recommend staying away from chicwish

I am very happy with my ChicWish dress! I like their fall connection so much, it's so cozy and the designs are great, I think I will order again soon! The customer service is very nice and helped me pick my perfect size, and my dress fits great. The delivery could be quicker, but two weeks is not that bad. Overall, I am very satisfied, thank you for your service!

No Filter for shopping by price (i. E. High to Low) amongst other options, the site is not user friendly - too many options to not have filter choices. Along with the fact that it took much longer than anticipated to receive the parcel.

I bought 2 dresses from Chicwish and returned one. I still have the receipt from posting it back to them and the email approving my return request, but I have never received a refund. I have emailed them twice with no response - absolutely terrible customer service! Do not give your money to this company.

Update: I did eventually hear back from Chicwish after emailing them again to say I would take it further if I had no response. They tried to say I wasn't eligible for a refund as it was beyond the 180 day mark, even though they had taken MONTHS to get back to me! I kept telling them this, and eventually I did receive my refund. I was happy with the outcome but it took a lot of my time. I would never shop with them again and would warn anyone to steer clear!

Super easy and great selection. Love this website.

It was good service, the sad part was they put on prices and said it was Canadian but when they charged me it was in USD. Unfortunately it was out of my budget and I had to return it.
