Found my dress for my daughter's wedding in April, 2023
I'm not an online shopper, but needed to find a dress. I have ordered from this company once before. Quick service and no hassles. Items fit true to size.
The company is easy to order from and items came within a reasonable time frame.
Love this company… there is a whole bunch to look at. I spent days going through the site! I did order a few things, and the process through delivery was fantastic. Sadly, the description of the skirt I bought was incorrect. I was expecting pure white, but it was more like an ivory white. I didn't return it because I think I would still wear it. Just not for the event that it was intended for.

The skirts fit perfectly. I appreciate the measurements for the garments. That helped me to pick the correct size. Nicely sewn and nice designs.
The products are as pictured and took less time to receive than I thought. After this purchase and transaction I feel I can trust ChicWish as a retailer.

So far it's been easy to shop. Purchase item came quickly.
I purchased a black tulle skirt for Christmas, ordered it on the 6th of December and arrived on the 19th. If I knew it would be sent with Hermes, i would have thought twice. Another issue was that I received a welcome code which never worked on my checkout. I emailed the company back and they told me it was valid for a specific amount of days (!?), then the day after I received a text reminder to use my code.
I emailed them back for a refund and they never replied.
I am in retail too & my humble opinion is that a good customer service goes a long way.
Product wise, the quality was good, protective packaging and value for money.
Great website, only thing that could be better is faster shipping time options, even if it costs more. Thanks for your service and products though. My wife will be happy.
