Why are most tops in s/m I am a size 14 so require an l/xl please start doing bigger sizes urgently I can not change this as you have not got my size and until you do how can I change what is said

This is probably a waste of time since it is obvious they throw out bad reviews, but you can't reliably receive your order (seems to be a problem for many found in instagram comments) and there is only a bot chat line posing as Customer service. So, I can't really review a product since I didn't receive it (but paid for it). Only order from here if you want to take a chance on throwing your money away.

I ordered a beautiful dress on Chicwish. I discovered that the fabric had started to separate and contacted Customer Service with images. At first I got a response stating that it did not look broken but after a few turns they helped me with a refund of store credits. I am very happy and will order again since everything got resolved in the end. Customer Service where always quick to respond!

Easy shopping experience, yet my 4 items came in 3 different parcels and dates. All have rather good quality, only the one of them smelled like cigarette, well I always wash new clothes anyway.
