Annoying to not show all colors available in a style under one link and sizing recommendations were way off so I am glad I went with my standard sizing not that recommended.
I received my first 2 items within 10 days. But 34 days later, I am still missing 2 larger items from my order (a skirt and dress) that have now missed their intended family photo and wedding usage.
Chicwish customer service is a joke and clearly automated without information helpful to resolving the issue.

I wrote multiple emails inquiring about my order. I never received a response. My order finally did arrive but it took almost 3 weeks. There was no order confirmation. I got one notice when the item was shipped. I had returned 2 dresses but never received confirmations on my returned items either. Don't expect any customer service. There's none.
Overall there were a bunch of misses on this order. I ordered the short sleeve knit top with removeable bow. My order was taking extra long to process and I had to email the company to get the order pushed through. I opened the order right away to try it and see see if it fit and the serger missed about 1 or 2 inches of fabric down the side seam and there is a big hole. I can fix it myself but I really shouldn't have to? Other than that the fabric of both the knit and the sheer cotton are nice. It's slightly sheer so wear matching undergarments and it will need a good steam or press before wearing it out. The elastic ruching at the sleeve hem isn't too tight around the arm which I like very much. Overall recommend but make sure you have a sewing machine for when quality control decides to call in sick and miss your order.

Had to wait to long for merchandise. Un sure of sizing. Arms very long. I want to exchange for a smaller size. Return site difficult to navigate.
