I thought the sizing was way off, items ran small, and the pictures did not portray the items accurately ( sleeve lengths were not equal, and were 3/4, not full length as the online pictures showed). The styles and items were cute and I wished they would have fit as shown in the pictures, but sadly I had to return 5 of the 6 items I'd ordered. Some items did not have human models - which would have been helpful.
The dress is perfect length and very light. So comfortable! Thought the dress is a little big but with the string tie back has changed it completely. Loved it so much and cannot wait to wear it out.

I received customer service support after I wrote my original review. One product was great and the other did not look good on me so I returned it. Now I am waiting for a refund.
Very difficult to navigate entering my order as it would not allow me to change my shipping and billing address. Also the chat with us feature sent me a message that no one was available to help.
I tried to purchase this sweater for 2 days and it said I couldn't without any reason why. Very frustrating! I had added the discount code that was being offered FA15 during the timeframe but then ended up removing it just to see if my purchase would go through and it finally did.
Wish your mesh skirts had longer linings. Why buy a midi with a MINI lining? Inaccurate descriptions of items, not enough detail about how the fabric, and extremely slow delivery, 4-5 weeks is a LONG time! One skirt is cumbersomely heavy and the other is sparkly-glittery like a 12 year olds princess costume, NOT chic at all!

I had trouble with the site but the customer service was responsive to help resolve it.
Its impossible to find a dress that I wanted to buy. The one on the right. I have searched for all the key words I can think of. I wanted to buy that dress adn there is no link to it when you click on the picture. Its frustrating.

So easy and my previous purchased arrived quickly! I have the sweater and get so many compliments. I knew my sister would love it! Warm and cozy in the Autumn and Winter.
I order Halloween sweaters in September which did not arrive by Halloween. After two weeks of waiting for a shipping confirmation, I emailed customer service only to be told the items I ordered weren't even in stock. Halloween has come and gone and I still have not received them. I was not offered ANY compensation station whatsoever. 0/10

Website on my phone flicks back and forward a bit. Otherwise relatively easy to use. Size guide is helpful for choosing item based on body measurements. Delivery of items took 16 days.
