I am obsessed w the coat i bought. It actually shipped very quick! I wore it a lot on my trip to europe and have one button that needs mending but overall the coat held up good and was fairly warm!

I rarely post bad reviews but had such a strong smell when I opened package. It stunk up my bedroom and it still is airing out.

I have still not received my christmas skirt I ordered in November. Not sure it will arrive in time for my party.

Where is the other half of my order? Got the 2 berets but not the 2 pairs of earrings

The return of products is almost impossible! The company is based in China, there is no method to get intouch with them, except for email (and you don't get any answer)

I ended up cancelling my order as the order never arrived as scheduled. When I followed up on it I was told the items were out of stock and had never been sent and I then cancelled the order.

I was concerned about the delay of my parcel, but in the end everything arrived and I liked goods.

Items as described and well packaged. Smooth delivery but Some more communication would help to keep track of the items during delivery.

I placed an order November 14th and never received the items. I contacted customer service regarding the status of the order. They responded saying the order was processed and to allow a few days for delivery. Two weeks later I still haven't received the items

Purchased 2 dresses from website & got it delivered within a week. Both dresses are cute

I ordered the dress for an event two weeks later but after one week it still hasn't been dispatched

La falda fue entregada en una fecha pero tuve problemas para recibir el top. Si bien es cieto que desde Chicwish me ayudaron todo el tiempo por email para contactar con la empresa de reparto hasta que finalmente fue entregada la otra parte de mi pedido.

Ordered the cutest Christmas skirt but the party came and went and my skirt never arrived.

I am very dissappointed as I did not receive my parcel yet as I wanted it specifically for a certain date which was the 12/12

I was notified that I would receive my order in two shipments when half of my order was dumped outside of the building instead of being left with the receptionist just inside. There has been no additional communication as to when the other item might arrive. One star too many
