Highly disappointed. False advertisement. Clothes are nothing like portrayed on website. I will never ever purchase anything from this scam place again. I just bought myself $106 worth of disappointment and did not receive all the items I purchased yet they charged me. The package came open with tape all over and there is no place to return. The guy that emailed me said they are willing to give me 20% off the next purchase or $10. They must be out of their mind if they think I'll spend another dollar and put myself in this horrible experience again. I think they have friends and families that act are customers and rate them as if they were good. Do not believe it. It you don't believe me purchase an item at a time so you do not lose your money. You'll be thanking me for giving you this tip. Better yet I suggest that you don't waste a penny on them. Wished I'd seen the bad reviews beforehand through the BBB. You're lucky that I didn't have a choice but rate a 1 because I would have given a 0. I'm not happy because I'm stuck with clothing that looks cheap, horrible, and don't fit properly. You really don't have an option to change the merchandise.
Everything was very easy to find based on ads I'd seen but I wasn't prepared for the end products to be made out of such cheap fabric which doesn't hang or drape well let alone the sizes being way off.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
