They say they take returns, but that's half the story. I have had many emails over the last 12 weeks trying to return items and get a refund. I had to send them 5 emails over a month to get them to accept a return. Now I'm on my third email trying to get them to refund my order. As of now I still don't have a refund and they keep asking for questions. For the first time they just asked me for a shipping receipt with weight on it.
