Took awhile for product to arrive, 3 weeks to deliver

Saved the day when looking for a dress, this was my back up dress which I wore for a friends wedding

Do not buy from them they sell cheap items that takes over a month to get to you and they won't give you a refund. They will dragg your ticket out amd give you a run around then say it's past the return date has passed. Reporting them and taking them to court, classaction! I spent too much money for garbage!

Great and fast service everything I order is always the same as the picture

My experience was not great at all. The products are not true to size as stated in the descriptions. I even ordered one outfit in a larger size and it still doesn't fit.

If you can reduce your number of days for delivery and make the days shorter for delivery that will be great

Bad took too long to reach and I don't like the material

Not to grand I really like the style on the pic but after receiving what I did. I don't think I really want to try anything else. Plus I had to pay to send it back. Not cool at all.

Your products have one major problem they say that you match the English sizes I ordered a uk 16 and it's more like a uk 14, material is amazing and so is the product but your dress sizes are all wrong, I ordered the correct size but your dress size and there too small

Not hard to order and got in a reasonable time wanted to try the Merchandise and see if it look like it said.

Was able to get my order when promised on order date

Was worried about ordering offline after ALOT of internet falas BUT this company is great! The clothes are beautiful and well made and their customer service is fabulous. Really can't fault them will definitely order again, already have 6 items in my basket lol

I ordered size S dress. Unfortunately the size feels more M/L.

Took a long time to get the outfit and the sizes run very small. Can't fit in it at all.
