I was a bit sceptical about using a company I had only seen on an ad on Facebook but went ahead and ordered. The quality on the clothes is good, the products were true to size, but sadly, the sandals were not of very good quality and broke after an hours wear which is a shame as they are very pretty. The delivery of the items tool quite a while, around 3 weeks which I thought was quite excessive. Not sure if I'd order again, maybe if something really takes my fancy!

I ordered from this site a couple of days ago. My purchase came to $121.43... they took out $163.00 out of my account. Have been dealing with "Lucy" from Customer Service, who has been no help at all and tells me my purchase was in US dollars and coverted to Canadian dollars? WHAT? If that was the case would have been alot cheaper... these people have no clue. My order still hasnt been processed yet... will see how long that takes :( Will not purchase from this site again
Ordering has always been easy and quick to deliver.
Received both dress. One fitted nicely. The other May have fitted if I was 5 inches shorter. I was unable to put in for a return as when I did an error message came up so was unable to continue.

Before I order anything I always ensure they have a return policy. If I order a size too small or too large, I am able to return it since you are unable to try it on. Their return policy is horrible, they will not allow you to return items. I can understand if you had worn them, but these items are still in the bag. They still will not take them back. I will make sure I tell everyone on Facebook not to order from this website.
Originally I had ordered 4 items. After placing the order, two of the items were out of stock. It was only with the help of Lucy's suggestions that I was able to replace those out of stock items. I am very pleased with her help and my new items!

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
