They try to settle on a refund amount instead of stating, this is the cost of shipping and your refund will be less that amount. Should be clearly stated before you place an order.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
