I have recently purchased several items from their website and some of the didn't look anything like pictures on the sight. I contacted customer service to return the idems only for them to tell me that I had 14 day return. It took almost 3 weeks for the order to arrive. How can international site have 14 day returns. Makes no sense and I didn't even receive them until after 14 day policy return. I tried explaining this to them but they just won't hear it. On top of that they tried giving me $5 coupon . Very very poor customer service.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
