It took too long to send, the clothes didn't fit, so it was a waste of money and time, I don't feel like going through the process of trying to get a refund because I would be wasting my time doing that as well. So I will never shop with ChicMe again...

I was dubious if ordering but found the whole experience absolutely great, sizing is not skimpy on any of the items and they look as they do in the photos.

The clothes are of a very poor quality and don't look the same as on the pictures. If you want to send them back you get a message that it's easier to keep them and you will get a 10% discount next time. What would I do with clothes I don't want to wear? After 2 messages you get an adress in Germany (I live in Belgium) I have to send the clothes to, and have to pay the cost myself. On the website it's mentioned a free return the first time you send it back. I'm now witing and hoping to get my money back,
I really never got notifications when I should be expecting the dress. It just shows up there is no follow up or tracking number.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
