The dress finally came but it was 5 weeks. Customer service did follow up with the status. The dress fits true to size.

Like Chic some times material is cheap looking but hey so is the price

Order never shipped, and had to fight to get my money refunded.

Lovely top but over a 4/5 week wait for it I probably wouldn't order from again as took Abit of chasing up.

Never received anything, I tried ordering before and got nothing back then either. Thought I would give it another try but no, nothing.

Ordered 2 jumpers in size large one is too big the other too small not true sizes

Loved my order! Just what I wanted & I good quality. Only downside was delivery time was longer than I expected but came just in time for what I needed it for

Fine I did have to chase the order. Took a long time to be delivered. But all fine in the end.

My item was delivered, I had no notification and was left with a neighbour, I didn't know where, no note through door, took me 5 days to allocate, won't order again, can't trust the process

Yes I ordered a dress and top for my granddaughter for Christmas but she doesn't like it so will have to send it back

Colour of items poor compared to pictures

Item looked nothing like picture. Had to pay for delivery and return. Returns are a nightmare after approx 3 or 4 requests for a return label and 3 different offers from the company to keep item with discount eventually a return label given. Very bad service will not use again

Item purchased did not look the same as depicted in photos online. The colors were less rich/defined, and the fabric was cheap looking

Ensemble trés joli et pratique comme tenue décontractée, je l'ai recommandé une 2ème fois en taille M car en taille L habituelle pour moi, il était trop grand!
Et les retours sont trop compliqués.
