I ordered the yellow jumpsuit to wear to an event. What I received did not look anything like the picture. It looks like something an amateur seamstress could have made. I can wear it somewhere, but not where I planned.
My experience was good. I ordered this outfit twice. The first time I received the order it was too little and I did not know how to return it to customer service so I gave it to my daughter. I re-ordered a size up. I did try to email someone in customer service but I didn't get a response. I do not know how to return items when they don't fit.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
