2 stars - for shipping, that was estimated to arrive on June 21st, but came on June 28th - after the occasion took place, that one of the garments was purchased for.
Additional 3 stars for shipping are on hold - waiting to see how fast and accurate will be the shipping of my next purchase as well as quality of clothing in it (if I will decide to give it a second chance).

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
