Frustrating to communicate with the company and the item was meh

Ordering can be a bit confusing and you need to order a few weeks in advance. Otherwise all smooth.

Great selection and prices.The shipping was really quick and I was given a tracking number so I knew exactly when it would arrive.

It took longer than I expected to receive the dress. The quality is what I anticipated, but the style of the dress is different than the picture on the website.

I purchased dresses from Chicme. The dresses did not fit. I contacted Chicme to return the items for a different size. I emailed them at the support email they provided. They would send emails asking if I would keep the items in exhange for a 10% or 20 %, I this went back and forth explaining to them that the items did not fit. Finally, I insisted that the items needed to be exchanged or give me a refund. Chicme finally agreed to the refund. I shipped the items to the return address on the package. When I checked back with Chicme about the refund that stated that the address on the package was not the return address so that would not be refunding my money. So they have their items back and are refusing to refund my money. They never stated in the many emails that there was a different address to send the items back. I plan to notify consummer affairs regarding the matter.

When I pulled my outfit out of the bag I thought they gave me the wrong size pants they look like a medium. I cannot fit the pants I ordered a 3x and they are very small

It was good all round from order to delivery. I was completely satisfied
