Love the selection but the return/exchange policy timeframe is too short and the size chart is incorrect. You are really taking a gamble when ordering from this site. It's either hit or miss. If you purchase something that is true to size based on the size chart then consider yourself lucky otherwise its an awfully frustrating experience; especially since it takes forever to receive your purchase(s).

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
