The website is easy to use, price are okay, delivery came sooner then expected

Experience of shopping and delivery was good. However the quality of the product was not.

Took longer to come from the date purchased but when it came the package was delivered safely and well packaged

I did not realise the goods were coming from USA, I ordered a few days before leaving for my holiday and there was a risk I would not get them on time. They arrived 2 days before my departure and none of them was suitable to my body shape as too tight around my bust. I took them with me to give as a present.

I made a mistake on my address when I ordered my sneakers. When they arrived here in UK I couldn't collect them. They were sent back but after I contacted this perfect team, I received my wife's sneakers. My wife loves them not only they are size but they are light and colourful.

True colors and design

I loved the shopping experience. I like the multiple colors of the products. Products arrived in a decent amount of time. Quality seems to be good so far. The downside is returning of products for exchange or refund. The packages are not marked to describe the item. The clothing has "no" item number on the to place back in the original bag so this makes it hard to return properly or per your requirements.

Items took a while to come, products not as described, the lengths was way shorter than led to believe and sandals were not comfy
