Having to send things back is always annoying as it's so time-consuming, but when you're constantly asked to accept different % discounts to keep the product, i. E. 10%, 25% 50%, etc, this makes it even more annoying.
I mean, who really wants to keep items that don't fit!
Then there's no return/refund details so this then takes effort to find out how to do it too.
Either include the return/refund details in the packaging, or take a leaf out of Amazon's book and look how easy it is to return and get a refund, then you'll understand why people love to shop with Amazon.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
