I payed expedited shipping and didn't receive my package. Contacted customer service and told me it's USPS fault.

I ordered a jumper 8th December - it's now 16th January, they will not refund me as I have to return the item yet I have never recurved the item so how can I return it. Customer service do not want to help keep telling me the same thing 'we can't refund until to return item ' this is a horrid customer service I will never purchase anything from this site and will shame them

I ordered a coat and a bag,the coat is amazing I love it and the bad is absolutely horrible it came all squashed and I can't get it to Reagan it's shape so it's just laying at the back of my draw which was a shame because it looked gorgeous in the pic.

Clothes are great but delivery takes a very long time which is a shame.

I had to return two items as they were too small.
It took a lot of communication before they would raise a ticket for me to send the items back
I was told in a text, it would be approximately £5 to return my items so I went ahead.
When they received the items they had deducted £15 from the amount that I paid for the items for the postage.
I contacted ChicMe and it looks like they charge for postage to the customer and return postage.
If you keep the item then postage is free.
Won't order again as I have no items but paid £15 to look at them and return!
