A few items which I ordered were no longer available, but ChicMe notified me very quickly giving the option for a refund, or else to order a similar-priced item before the order was sent out to me. All items arrived in excellent condition and clearly labelled in individual bags. Prompt delivery once the order was dispatched. Colours are the same as viewed on the website. Very glad I took careful note of the various size charts for each item of clothing which is very important. If you do that, then shouldn't have issues with buying the wrong size. Every item of clothing I ordered fits beautifully and when I tried each item on, I kept thanking myself for checking all those size charts. I've been extremely happy with the fit of all items.

The designs are beautiful but the product is badly made. The sizing makes no sense and the material is cheap.

The items are cute but it took a while for me to get them. They were pretty true to size so I'm satisfied.

Perfect size and perfect color fits like a dream woman will love it! It's so comfortable and you can wear the top without going out to fancy.

The dress looks cheap and I am disappointed. Well the price is ok for that.
