The wait for my items was WAY TOO LONG. Didn't think they were going to be here on time, so I ordered something for a different location.
I ordered 5 pieces and had to get rid of 4. Unfortunately I threw away the bags before I realized I needed them to return. The 5th piece I kept is actually acceptable but also not good. The other 4 pieces are the worst quality clothing I ever seen, and the designs don't do what they're supposed to.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
