I ordered a blouse from Chic Me that I never received. When I checked the tracking info it said it was delivered... to a different state. Contacted support for a refund to which they tried to blame me for not putting in the right shipping info. I went onto their site to check my order and lo & behold, there's my shipping info... to MY address, on THEIR site. I screenshot it & sent it to them stating as such. They then sent a copy/pasted text from the postal services tracking info stating "the package was delivered" AGAIN, I reiterated that it went to a different state. Now, they started blaming the postal service. They then screenshot the postal service tracking info, again saying "Here's a screenshot stating it was delivered" I got fed up. Called my card company & filed a dispute. They then tried to claim the postal service "lost" the package after literally telling me & sending me "proof" that it was delivered (albeit, to the wrong state!)
At one point (after calling the card company) they had the AUDACITY to ask for "evidence" that the package was not received. I'm sorry, am I losing my mind? How do you prove that when they themselves have sent proof that it was sent to a different state entirely?!
I got bounced from one incompetent customer support person to the next for a month! These people couldn't own up to a mistake they made & instead shifted blame to anyone else they could.

Love the fabric, but it took at least 3 weeks to get my order. The cut of the dress was odd - tons of extra fabric on the side with a sleeve - I had to have the dress altered so that it wouldn't look weird - cost me twice as much as the dress!
I've never waited so long for an order before and I order car parts from Japan pretty regularly. Now I know I need to order anything I want two months before I actually want to receive it.
Overall, the dresses ARE as pictured; they just don't always fit as pictured. If you're handy with a needle and thread, you can make them fit better. The material is pretty cheap, but the cost is cheap so you get what you pay for. They are great for costumes or role play. They were delivered faster than I expected, and I received everything I ordered.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!

Answer: Because they are a scam. I am in the same boat. Don't give up, dispute it if you can. Don't let those thieves keep your money. And you will probably never get your package. If you do, wear a gas mask while unwrapping because it'll smell as bad as it looks (nothing like the ads!)
