Shopping was easy the clothes was good quality the only issue I have is the shipping take a long time before you receive your item

First time ordering and had difficult time selecting size. I tried ordering one size larger and also tried to order a plus size but when receiving my order because of the material used, I was unable to fit most of the products ordered for my body type. Not saying the material is bad, I thought the material was nice. It just seems to me that most of your clothing line for
Regular women sizes are fit for small women body types.

Also, your return policy states do not send return items back to the address on the package. I have made several attempts to message customer service to request a return address so that I can return the items that do not fit. These are items that were only tried on once and then I still have not received that address. I am receiving responses back from the customer service department but not in regards to the return address.

I will no longer purchase clothing items with ChicMe due to this issue. I have purchased over $200 on this order for items that I cannot return for either a refund/exchange. After going back and for with messages on my request, I am not past the 14 days to return the items.

I ordered several items from ChicMe for the first time and I was very disappointed. The items were cute but poorly made. Almost all of the items had strings hanging from them that needed to be clipped. Also, the garments were very thin. Definitely not quality products and should be washed on delicate or hand washed if you would like to keep them for a while. Also, some of the items fit poorly and I followed the sizing chart provided on the site.
I also disliked the return process. You will have to take a picture of the item and send a message and wait for a reply for them to approve the return request. I would not recommend.

Clothing of mixed quality - printing in dress was weird / fabrics are sometimes really comfy sometimes very synthetic
