Absolute, worst experience ever! Products took forever to arrive, despite numerous communication, saying it was on its way. They refuse to cancel my order once received, the merchandise was nothing as it looks in the pictures. The quality was so substandard upon contacting them to do a return, they only offered me 10% refund and once agreement was made to ship merchandise back. They are still refusing to refund my money.

Very comfortable, walked all day long and still was good. The only thing is the orange wasn't has orange as the pic.
I received my 1st order today after waiting over a month + for my items to arrive. The clothes were a very cheap material and the colors were two shades lighter than they were supposed to be. I gave it shot, no more Chicme for me. I dare not try and return it, that process is probably terrible.
Both blouses fit perfectly and are very easy to launder. I have gotten lots of compliments about them and they were shipped immediately.
Ordering was easy. Shipping tracking was odd but worked out and I love the clothes. Will definitely be purchasing in a regular basis!

Their product was terrible, they would not provide a return address upon request the day their parcel arrived. They offered me to keep the item (it was garbage) and would give up to 20% rebate. I said no thank you and they kept asking to give a paltry 20%. After several emails requesting their return address, they then told me it was too late to return. I had to escalate to Paypal, There were 20 emails. What a waste of time and money! In case they refuse to give you a return address, here is what I finally got. I've tried to get a return on these products for weeks now. No one will email me or give me a way to make a return. I'm totally turned off this company as well as the constant emails, spamming me daily, even when I unsubscribe!

Nothing is fitting, clothes are having no look or style. Was unable to reach customer service to find out how to return items. Stock with poor fitting clothing which needs to d=be donated or thrown away, Lost my money. Do not shop

I looked all over the Internet to find a set right for me. I thought I found it. Well, not exactly. Shipping took about 4 weeks to get to me. And for the most part everything is exactly what I was hoping for. The cuff on the sleeves are Peter Pan. And to be honest if I would have found it in person at a store I would have skipped the purchase. The post photos should have included that detail.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
