In good faith I ordered a pair of cargo pants which unfortunately were to small. Upon attempting to return this pkg. I fell into the multiple hurdles and red tape of trying to send it back. Finally today they say the bottom line is that I can return it at my own expense. I, m not sure what happens to the easy return claim.
Just know that if you need to return your items the process is long and tedious. And in the end it will be at your own expense. There are lots of other good alternatives and in Canada. Use this site and Belle wholesale ( essentially the same thing at your own risk).

Most of the items were perfect but the items selected as a gift when I asked for assistance with return it was suggested I could keep the items and then order the correct size and then that I can send items back on my own dime with all original packaging or no deal. So that is not great
