Good very responsive when I needed to return offered me 10% off my next ordered as I ordered the wrong size. Then when I returned my message back they gave me 30%. Awesome customer service

Mostly satisfy with the order but you have to give more information on returns.

I am very disappointed in:
1. Their 30 day return policy.
2.the cut and fit of the dress. It is not quality material, and is very itchy.
3. the material of the top I purchased feels like rubber/plastic. It does not breathe at all, and it is also too big.
4. Now I'm stuck with about $80 worth of clothes I will never wear.
First and last time I ever order from them.
Note... If someone from the company reads this and allows me to return the items, I would retract part of these statements.

I like ChicMe but the pictures sometimes look better than the way it looks when received.

Amazing order was on time. The dress was exactly like the picture but would prefer if the string where already set.

The first sandals disappointed just after two, not even two hours of wearing it. It was also very loose, even though it was supposed to be my size. I will not shop for shoes or sandal from ChicMe again.

Other than the Embroidery Jacket that I just got. Which is NOT leather. I've been delighted

Found what I was looking for but when I received it the quality was poor and the bras did not fit even when I ordered 2 different sizes

Arrived in good time and looks/ feels gorgeous!
Needed to move the strap in an inch or so to stop it constantly falling off my shoulder, but otherwise very good quality.

I didn't like some of the material. It's silky when I truly wanted some denim and cotton. It took a little longer than expected.
