Trying to return multiple items and unable to get a return slip

TERRIBLE COMPANY. I ordered an item worth £19, but was charged £27 for a handling fee plus shippment insurance. When i recieved item it was damaged, cheap see through material and was not the iitem shown in image. I asked for a return and refund but was told this would not be convenient for them and pleaded with me to keep it! I payed £8 to insure as a customer you have a right to start a returns process but was denied this! This company is a scam selling cheap products and using false advertising.

I've ordered 2 dresses from your store Xl was too big for me, since i loved the so much I decided to order L unfortunately the material was thinner than the other two the color was nice, i was a bit disappointed

Not as good as usual in general. My fault with the ordering side. Quality not nearly as good as usual. Very disappointed gave 2 pairs of trousers and 1 dress to charity without even ever wearing them.

I bought these items as a gift for my mother birthday she lives in jersey I live in Vegas therefore I didn't see the clothes anyhow my mom couldn't fit them so she to exchange them y'all refused to send a label but kindly suggested to refund me 50% and she could keep the items I guest anyhow nothing happened yet

Love chicme, goods I've ordered have always been/fit as described note of advice look closely at clothing material descriptions as can differ from how they appear on ad photos.

When getting the discount it seems to add on not take off, and the payment method goes back and forth a bit before completing, looks like you could have paid twice
