I purchased some stuff and one item I bought particularly to wear for an event. I ordered a month in advance so I could get it in time. However it's been over a month and I haven't received my order. I reached out to customer service and they was not able to respond to what I was questioning. I had to go and purchase something else to wear. I can only say if you want something for an occasion order it maybe months in advance. I will send a part 2 whenever my merchandise arrives.

Great until you order, then no information until I queried 4 weeks later. Then it was reiterated to me that delivery had been made and if not happy, make a complaint. Customer services is all about dealing with customers so they don't needy to make complaints. Yes, delivery arrived day after requesting money back for nondelivery of goods.

I just saw company for 1st time liked items, read return policy then added item to cart to see what cost of shipping would be like. It made me create an account so I did. It then offered me 60% coupon off 8 items,55% off 5 and 55% off $49+. I added 8 items per coupon requirements. Went to total and it was off. So I added the cart myself using sale prices. The amount was was $154.82 without tax. There price Without tax with coupon of 60% off on site was over $185. So I clicked the contact us button. Typed issue and the auto answer started with hello.then screen glitches and closed. I tried again but the contact us button stopped working. I closed my phone and rebooted. Same issue. I went back to cart after all that and the amount shows different than before I added coupon total went down to $150.74. Which is $4.08 off my original price Without tax. I'm not using a company I can't trust.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
