I haven't received my order yet it's taking an extended amount of time to get my items. Tracking is not good either. According to the tracking my stuff has been at JFK for a week! Then I get some random thing about having to pay customs fees. Nope I'll be returning these if that is the case. So far I'm dissatisfied with the service and haven't seen the clothes yet because they are stuck somewhere…they need to let customers know about additional fees etc. I ordered thinking I had paid for the order and ALL shipping and customs fees.

I am pleased with all the items I've purchased. For a first time customer I was pleasantly surprised. Some materials aren't the softest but for the cost I am satisfied.
I wanted to order two sweaters, but the site didn't have the yellow. I ordered the brown intending to buy other colors once I received the first. When it arrived, I was disappointed as it was not as thick at it appears on the website photos. I initially wanted to order a medium based on the reviews of others that it ran big, but at the last minute I ordered the large and I'm glad I did because the sleeves weren't as loose fitting as I would have liked them to be, but the length was what I desired.
