It's almost a month and I have not received any of my packages. I spent well over $150 and have not yet received my order as of today. It states it's on its way but it's still not here.

Beautiful dress material is thinner than expected but pretty

This is the second time ordering. First time the shoes were made of crappy material. The second time I ordered the clothes I order all of a sudden weren't available and took over a week to get my o money back.

Good product, value for money but long delivery time

I cannot comment on the product as i'm still yet to receive it! Service response to emails is OK and they are apologetic but the last email received promised that my items would be with me in 2-5 business days and that was 7 days ago...still no delivery!

Nothing has been received so can't give a true review on that. As for delivery I've been waiting since the 10/02/24 and still not received order or an email to say what's happening.

Poor quality and not how it looked on the web I threw it in the bin as would not be wearing it

I have to wait for a long time for the order to be alright and when it's arrive is far too big for me anyway, so I'm gonna give them to my friend. Thank you very much for your service

As always, when ordered from ChicMe, my package comes in a timely fashion, and with very little fanfare I've gotten used to their consistent customer service and timely delivery of my packages

It was a pleasure to order with you everything was straight forward I was kept up to date with tracking for my order and it arrived on time

Not well I did made two orders on 9/2/24 one order by $107 and one order $108 I did received one order $107 and the $108.72 not come yet and now 18/2/24 order number *******8201

CRAP. Ordered around 2-3 months ago and got email *******X times which said " we received your order and it was being shipped" i call BULLLLLLL SH*T! Even contacted support and NO RESPONSE. Just leaching for money

I had to order two of the same set to get the right size top and bottom, zero stretch and very warm material for Texas. Sewing quality was extremely poor also! Would love to return for a refund

Did not offer shipping updates, ordered a large, received X-Large, wouldn't take an exchange, only offered partial refund, so I was stuck with the pants.

Ordered a size 10, Which was more of size 12. However, the product itself was lovely.

My only main criticism is the communication and the time it took to receive my order. I continuously contacted them to find out where my order was, to which I never had a reply. I would honestly have to say I won't be ordering from them again, based on lack of communication and the time it took to get the order.

Ordered a coat/jacket after seeing it on Facebook, when it arrived it is different to images advertised, coat very much sorter on me than the model and I'm average size in height so model must be very petite. The other issue is the hood does not stay up on its own, could do with tiers or a fastening to keep up and secure. Other than that I guess you get what you pay for.

The only issue I have with ordering from ChicMe is the amount of time it takes to receive orders. By the time the items arrive, I end up just keeping them even if I'm not 100% liking everything. I am usually satisfied with my purchases and the quality of the clothing is pretty good overall. You can't beat the prices.

I have emailed for a refund, very dissatisfied with products and have heard nothing back yet.

Terrible experience after almost two months I still have not received my orders

I ordered on the 11th of feb I hadn't heard anything after a week no emails or anything then I emailed to find out when order was going to be shipped to then have an email saying 2 of my items were out of stock so could I change for something else which I did for that to go through then get an email to say that one of my changed items was now out of stock I personally think if they are out of stock it should tell you on website. I received my items about 3 weeks after ordering but the ladies on customer service chat were very nice and they gave me a £5 voucher for having to wait so long. Items arrived and are very nice but I will say that most of them come up slightly bigger than the size. I would still order from here again though.
