Prompt and efficient service. I didn't expect it come to my door on time. But it did! Right on time to the occasion. But I was disappointed of the material. Besides, it was priced on sale $11 per pc but I was billed the regular price! Very misleading!

Out of the products I purchased I would l would say it takes a long time to arrive, but quality is pretty good

Shopping with Chicme can be a good experience. Shame about the quality and sizing of some items. They are not always as pictured.
Customer services are very good and quick to respond to all queries, however, returning goods should be made easier and not by offering customers discounts to keep the items that they clearly do not want.

I waited for more than 1 month for my purchase. I could not wear it for my party.

Horrible cheap material so decided to return immediately. Took several attempts with customer service to get a return authorisation - offered 10% refund and can keep items etc. No intention of shopping here again.

Overall happy with experience. Didn't realise they were coming from China though. Onsie is great quality

Not happy with some items purchased, quality & colour not as depicted on website. Delivery took 3 times longer than detailed.

Die Größen Angaben stimmen nicht und ich habe mich irritieren lassen und andere Größe genommen. Ich weiß nicht, ob ich es zurück senden kann, ich finde nichts, auf Mail habe ich keine Antwort bekommen. Die Ohrringe sehen auf dem Bild viel besser aus, es ist grobes Plastik!
