I expected something better quality of fabric, watching at the photos. The only one I think IS the BEST IS the hooded dress. Sorry, it's only my opinion, I liked the design and the colours, though.
All three items were too big. I'm trying to return two of them, as the third one could still work in a pinch. Items were shipping from China, so it took a whole month for the package to get here.
I wanted to express my complete dissatisfaction with the type of customer service and support you provide for your products, service & complete unreliability. I ordered profucyts in the beginning of November to have for this Christmas season. It is now December 21, & I have been to most or all of my holiday gatherings already. I have tried to track this package and it doesn't say that it is even out for shipment. Will this product ever get to me? It says it was out for shipment on December 9th and it has been over two weeks and there is no product in sight. I will never order from you or your company again if this is not here by Christmas.
I will make sure to tell everybody I know to stay far away from ordering from your company if I do not receive my merchandise, that I have paid for over six weeks ago, before Christmas.

I ordered 6 products from Chicme, of which one came with a flaw, another came in the wrong size and another was not truthful to the image, and this horrible site will not exchange or reemburse me. They keep you on a "customer support" loop of carelessness and they steal your money because they refuse to give you the items you ordered or your money back. Don't shop here!

When I received my item it was 4 sizes too small and there was no invoice in the package so that I could return it for a refund.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
Answer: I agree. Order one size they send the wrong size, and when you call them out on it, they lie and say the size they sent is correct it's just too big, as though I don't know my size! Especially when the other items same size do fit!
