One item was damaged and one was too small. Had to send app 10 emails requesting a refund. Was constantly offered a 10%, then 20%, 30%, 40% refund, told I could keep items - why would I want to keep items that are damaged and too small - ridiculous! I am still awaiting a refund

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
