You try to bully me into keeping merchandised that I have no use for. You refuse to give me 100% of my refund. You're offering me a 10% off coupon that has to be used in one week where I am not willing to give you one more Penny of my money due to your lack of professionalism due to your lack of customer service due to your lack of Simply caring about Monies that were spent on your company, money is that you do not want to return. This is unacceptable. The merchandise that I returned to you was in the same condition as it was when it was delivered to me, there's absolutely positively no reason for you not give me my full refund. You procrastinated about giving me the return address and you continued to make me offers such as $10 coupon or 10% off of my next order which was not satisfactory to me at all. I have told your company from the beginning that I expected 100% Return of the monies that I spent with your sheisty unprofessional company, to call it the least. I am exhausted and highly frustrated with this awful experience. I hope that no one will have to go through this ordeal again just to get a refund. There is a lack of customer service as well as customer loyalty I detest the way you are trying to bully me into keeping merchandise that I have no need for. I would not recommend that anyone do business with your company.
Wont order again as the same products can be purchased direct from the wholesaler at a much cheaper price.

Answer: Return policy is a joke, they don't honor it. They'll offer discounts and partial refunds until the return window runs out. If the window runs out just do a charge back. Most credit card companies will side with you due to them not honoring their own return policy.
